Does a Current/Inactive Real Estate Licensee have to comply with renewal requirements?

A licensee is required to complete renewal requirements whether they are Current/Active or Current/Inactive.

Renewal requirements consist of two components: education and fees - both must be completed to receive a Current/Active or Current/Inactive license.
